About the Gravity Forms Elite License
Included with your project
When you hire us to engineer and develop your forms or WordPress theme, your site runs on our Gravity Forms Elite License. That includes every add-on, such as Stripe payments, webhooks, user registration, coupons and Zapier, at no extra cost and with nothing for you to register.
While we work together
The license covers your project site for as long as your agreement with us is active, including its support window or an active Care plan.
When the agreement ends
You will need your own Gravity Forms license to keep receiving updates and support. We will help you switch it over so nothing on your site breaks.
The license covers the Gravity Forms plugin and every Elite add-on, on the site we build for you only. License terms are set by Gravity Forms.

How we work together
The practical details, in plain language.
Payment
Launch is paid in full when you approve the proposal. Custom and All-Inclusive: a 50% deposit to begin and 50% at launch. Custom plugins are paid in milestones agreed in the proposal.
Revisions & changes
Revision rounds are included as listed for your package. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted first, and only billed after you approve it.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the custom forms and code we create for you. Tools that existed before your project, such as our templates and skins, remain ours and are licensed to you under our Terms of Service. Third-party plugins keep their own licenses.
Support & warranty
Every package includes a bug-fix window after launch. If something we built does not work as described in your proposal, we fix it at no charge during that window. After it ends you can add a Care plan or book hourly support.
Security & access
We ask for a temporary administrator account, never your main password, and we remove it when the project ends. We recommend a full backup before we begin, and we do not edit your live site without a rollback plan.
Confidentiality & data
We keep your business details and customer information confidential and can sign an NDA on request. We do not copy, keep or use your customers’ data, and anything we need for testing is dummy data.

Questions we hear a lot
Do I need to own Gravity Forms already?
No. When you hire us to build your forms or theme, your site runs on our Gravity Forms Elite License, with every add-on included, for as long as your agreement is active, at no extra cost. When the agreement ends, you will need your own license to keep getting updates and support, and we will help you move over.
Can you work on a site that already has forms?
Yes. We can audit what you have, fix problems, extend existing forms, or migrate them. We will tell you honestly if rebuilding would cost less than repairing.
Will you work directly on my live site?
Not if we can avoid it. We build and test in a staging copy when your host supports it, take a backup first, and only publish changes to the live site with a rollback plan.
Do you build custom plugins even when one already exists?
Only when it is the better choice. If an existing plugin does the job well, we will recommend it and save you the cost of custom code.
What happens after the support window ends?
Your forms keep working. If you want updates and monitoring, add a Care plan. Otherwise you can book hourly help whenever you need it, at $150 per hour.
Who owns the finished work?
You do, once the project is paid in full. We deliver source code and documentation, and nothing we build depends on us to keep running.
Can you handle a rush project?
Often, yes. Rush work is quoted per project depending on our schedule. Tell us your deadline in the project form.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us. We will fix anything that does not match the written scope at no charge. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we refund the unfinished portion.
